The 1 week term holiday is here again. The break is too short for me! I need a longer break! Oh well, i must not complain. It's not good. I'm going to update my blog plus add pictures (which i had stopped a long time ago).
23rd August 2006 (Wednesday)After work, i met up with the besties. Ain wanted to catch a movie and so we all did including Dear.
"Ghost Game"
It's quite scary but i love it. The thrill of seeing the ghosts. But i love the ending most. If you want to know why, you should watch it. Actually before we watched the movie, we took pictures using the neoprint back ground. Took lotz and lots of silly pictures but here some of it.
"Me, Nad And Ain"
"Twisting"26th August 2006 (Saturday)Today i had my first Teacher's Day Dinner which was held at Pan Pacific Hotel. The theme is 'Lace & Tie'. Initially, i wanted to wear my purple lace kebaya but you know how fickle-minded i am. I wore this black lace dress which i share with my sister.
"The black lace dress"The food there was OK. Didn't feel satiated after eating though. There were games but i don't feel like taking part in it 'cause the other teachers from the other areas were running to the stage and yea...that's explain why. At the end of the dinner, we took a group photo outside the ballroom.
"Miss Afni, Me, Mdm Ani, Mdm Fauziah, Mrs Lim, Mrs Ang, Mrs Chan, Mrs Irwan & Miss Fas"27th August 2006 (Sunday)I had lots of fun today! My besties and me went to Escape Theme Park! It's my first time there so that's explain the excitement in me. Firts ride was the viking. It's not that thrilling though. If you ever play the swing very high, then that's how it feel when taking the viking. Second ride was the Flipper. We sat in a cup-like thingy, then the platform will tilt about 45 degrees and just spin around. The feeling was so, so good! I love it! We took the Walls ride. Actually i wanted the thing to turn 360 degrees but it didnt. Such disappointment. After that, we die-die wants to go in the Haunted House. Well, it's not that scary. It was all in the mind. There were gory figurines and stuff. I thought there will be people dressing up as ghost. Nad suggested we try the go-kart. Sab didnt want to play it, so only the three of us. It was the first time for me and Ain. Was feeling extremely nervous 'cause i scared i couldnt drive the thing properly. It went smoothly for me and i love the speed (though i had a phobia for speed!). But the embarrassing part for me was when we park the go-kart. Instead of pressing the brake, i accidently press the gas pedal! So paisey sia!!! We took the other rides again till about 7.30pm.
"The Besties"Dear came with Wan and Zayed with Shazana to pick me and Ain up to go for the gathering at Cam's condo. Sab and Nad took the taxi to go there. I expected a big turnout but i guess either the rest was busy with work and school or just can't be bothered with gathering. There were the groups of guys whom i've not seen for a long, long time and just us. We ate, we took pictures, we talk and joke and then it was time for me to go home as i had work the next day. I would have stay on longer if not for work. Here's the pictures.
