21st of July - Racial 'How Many' Day. Ok...Dat's wat my children literally said wen asked wat do we celebrate today. It's Racial Harmony Day. I tot i wanna wear my cheongsam top but den again i juz recovered from a high fever, so maybe a kebaya top will do me gd. The children are all lookin very nice n pretty wif their ethnic costume. Too bad i 4got to bring along my digicam as i was rushin to werk. They had a mini concert in the class. My Hibiscus 1 performed 'Burung Kakak Tua' and my Hibiscus 2 performed 'Rasa Sayang'. A job well done by them!!!
After werk, me, Kak Fauziah, Kak Ani, Su & Afni went to Arab St to have our lunch at Hjh Maimunah. Was so damn hungry, so i juz ate wat they order (though the dishes i dun really fav.). Den Kak Fauziah was lookin for lace material for our Teacher's Day dinner. Our theme this year is 'Lace & Tux'. So ard Arab st we went...and she found the lace. Nearly $100 bucks!!! But the quality of the lace is good. So it's ok i guess. After all the walking, We went to SGH to visit Afni's mum who was warded for kidney infection. She was there for 2 wks plus oready. We chat for awhile and stuff and went hm at ard 6.30.
Yesterday, despite the block nose and fever, me & Dear went to watch 'Pirates of Carribean: Dead's Man Chest'. Dun want to go into any details coz im not in the state to write dwn lenghty detail. Think the fever is comin back...
Okies...think i need to eat medicine and rest.
